Nothing in my experience wouldn't prevent me from buying from Oregans again but there wasn't anything that set them apart. Their sole focus was on how much biweekly a vehicle would cost.I had received a call a week after I got my car that I had to come in and sign some paperwork as there was a mistake. I spoke to the dealership the following Monday and advised I had an oil light come on and the lady on the phone said to bring it right in the garage when I came. I assumed it was the same area I picked my vehicle up from... It was not... The person working the service desk was adversarial over this issue and made sure I was aware that it was a staff only area, asked if I worked for O'Regan's, to which I stated Do I look like I work for you". The employee reiterated that the area I parked was staff only. Not once did his employee say good morning

I can not recommend the buying experience with Pedro (and Cali + Jim) here highly enough. Pedro is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He worked hard to find us the right car as quickly as possible, and the team there tried to track down a car in our preferred colour options. He made my partner feel at ease, and reading back through past reviews for this dealer we can see we're not the only ones who liked him! We did have another car on our shortlist, and we developed a level of trust with this dealer and network that they would treat us right - we took a slightly more expensive deal because we felt they would not renege and they were trustworthy. A shout-out to to Mary-Ellen O'Regan - she called me personally after we'd have a problem with another automaker (not the dealer fault, an automaker). She took us seriously, she lined up the right people for us to talk to, and we could see her invisible hand guiding the process! She was genuinely brilliant. Her intervention lead to us considering the VW, connecting with Pedro and purchasing this vehicle (2023 Taos). I'm not normally easily swayed by anything other than numbers and spreadsheets, but you have to trust a dealer you'll be dealing with for years, and that made the difference here.

Such a lovely car purchasing experience in such a stressful time.. vehicle was written off due to an accident and our insurance company was moving extremely fast with the settlement. This would be great normally however ; this also put a tight crunch on finding a new vehicle as rental coverage would end.We booked a test drive for a 2022 Volkswagen Jetta on Saturday October 1st. Walking into the dealership we were immediately greeted by our lovely sales person ( Pedro).He immediately introduced himself and welcomed us into the dealership.Pedro was very accommodating for my self as well as my fiancé and two year old daughter.Pedro’s Knowledge on VW vehicles really showed shortly after arriving for the test drive. He was very knowledgeable on the features as well as the perks of the vehicle we were interested in.After arriving back from our test drive , we were again greeted by Pedro upon entering. This may be a very small and simple thing but it really shows his care and passion for what he does.While we were gone, Pedro was able to do up some “ numbers” for us.He had them all written down clearly on a document , bulletin points highlighting all important numbers as well as different payment options etc.After discussing these numbers , we picked and option and were immediately taken into meet our Finance Manager (Selin).Selin was also very accommodating. She was not in anyway pushing towards one payment or an other. She simply explained she would submit the “ deal” off to the bank and she would let us know any adjustments. She advised us she would reach out asap with an update.This was all on a Saturday afternoon around 2 pm so we did not expect to hear back from anyone until at least Monday.Selin took the time to send us an email shortly before 4 pm letting us know that she’s still waiting to hear back and will follow up Monday. Again, this is a very small and simple thing but it really showed her care for us as customers.Monday morning unfortunately was a lot of back and fourth from the banks so Selin was unable to complete the deal before going off work for a few days.She still took the time Monday to send us follow up emails with the status of everything.On Tuesday , Rachel reached out and advised us who she was and that she was filling in and would be working with us to complete everything.She explained the approval in such great detail and with so much financial knowledge.Our deadline to return or rental was October 5th.The staff at OREGAN’S VW were able to work all the hoops and get us on the road in our new car in such a TIGHT deadline. I cannot truly express how great our experience has been.Thank you SO MUCH Pedro, Selin and Rachel. You guys truly turned a good experience into an AMAZING ONE.

I had body work done at another garage, experience wasn't good. I have had two rounds with O'Regans... won't go anywhere else again. Professional, friendly and quality. The best.

I had taken my car in several times to have it looked at for a noise that I could hear coming from my car. These times that I brought it in were when the warranty was still valid. When I took it in today for the same noise as the previous times they informed me my transmission has issues. They will need to take it apart for further diagnosis, they said if the transmission is gone it's over $4000.00, and since my warranty has expired that the cost is on me. I don't believe it should be on me I had this in several times before my warranty was up.I was charged for having them look at this vehicle for the same sound.tell me what you would think if you were in my situation.
