Awesome service told Chris what I wanted told him my price range n he made it happen was happy to answer all my questions very fast response made sure I understood it all and even on his day off he was more then happy to come in to meet me n hand every thing over definitely be back in the future for my son quad n future products as well 100% best service I had hence the reason I drove 5 hours from grande prairie to Edmonton to come see you guys

Timothy was a phenomenal support and sales rep throughout my experience. Knowledgeable, willing to seek out and update on any and all questions I had, and supported any requirements for purchase.Chris hopped in on the final day and was excellent as well!Would highly recommend this and the whole team over at SRT.

HOW DO THEY HANDEL MISTAKES?Bought my first ATV at SRT Motorsport and there was a mistake made that gave them the chance to demonstrate what their values really are.When I got the unit home, I discovered it was not the model we thought it was (this was an off brand used unit). I believe SRT handled the situation extremely well to the significant discredit of many of the negative reviews I see here.My sales rep Curtis immediately called me back after I texted him about the issue. He got the GM involved and they both clearly wanted to rectify the situation. The most appropriate solution was to find an equivalent replacement that was the model/trim I was meant to have purchased. Within a day they had other options in front of me and were willing to make some adjustments to the terms of the deal to compensate for higher km ect. (this was uncomfortable but I understand they had limited options as an off brand make).HOWEVER, They took it a step further; when I felt I had no choice but to accept the higher km unit, they let me know they kept looking and found another option that was a year newer and almost no km on it. This was far more comfortable for me and a bit of an upgrade. I have it now and have taken it out on the trails twice so far.After this experience I have a hard time believing many of the poor reviews I see. They clearly correct their mistakes and acted with the upmost integrity. As a local business owner myself, I am proud to have them in the community. Appreciated your help Curtis and Joe, highly recommended.

First time visit to SRT. Right off the bat I have to say I was impressed. Whilst there's nothing impressive about their facility as basically they are located in a commercial building that looks like an oversized garage however appearances are deceiving. The number of bikes and 4 wheel utility vehicles housed in their space is remarkable. My bud was looking for a specific bike. The person who assisted us was Melanie (she was also their finance person). She was very welcoming and helpful. A lovely person. She said they would be looking at bringing all of their together in one site down the road (SRT also sell trailers etc.). We had a great experience and I recommend anyone looking at buying a Kawi or other equipment take a look at their offerings. I know I will next year when looking at replacing my current bike.

SRT Motorsports is a great business! Their employee Cassidy Ann is over the top helpful, quick to respond, and gets stuff sent out immediately so it arrives so fast! I’m extremely pleased in dealing with this company and Cassidy Ann, I look forward to doing all my future purchases through SRT Motosports!

Chris my salesman, was amazing. He walked me through all the details of my purchase. He made great recommendations after listening to what I wanted/needed. Chris went above and beyond without being pushy. I would highly recommend using SRT for pleasure craft/motorcycle needs!

Staff went above and beyond! I was picking up and dropping off a tire to get worked on for my hubby and they made it absolutely effortless for me with my young kids. Prices so reasonable - staff so friendly and helpful!! Thank you SRT - we’ll be back asap

I am so happy I went here for my new bike. SRT motortsports really went above and beyond to find the bike I was looking for even though they didn't have it in stock themselves. My salesperson was Tim and he was such a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured and he brought keys to different bikes without me even asking so I can hear how they sound. I felt very comfortable and the end result was absolutely ideal. Highly recommend this shop!

I live 3 hours nort of the store, and it was the customer service that sealed the deal .... The sales team lead by Tim is top notch. I used to ride a cruiser and decided it was time to change so I picked up a ninja 650 KRT. This bike is one sweet ride.Tim took the time to talk to all the main features and used a strong understanding of my ride likes to get me into the 650.I cannot speak highly enough about SRT Motorsports. Will recommend them to all my friends.
