I would give this place 0 stars if I could.Placed an order around midnight for something quick to eat, someone in my household was hoping to eat before they have to go to bed & get early for work - it's been an hour and a half and the food is still not here.It isn't even a large order. Just a burger, mozza sticks, and two smarties blasts.I doubt they are THIS busy at 1am on a Thursday night. This place clearly does not care about customers, so I don't understand WHY they are even accepting delivery orders...

The food the last two times I’ve been there was not worth the money. I will not be going back to this location again. Never have I seen this happen at the mountain road location, which is sad because they have been open for a lot longer and are always crazy busy, they always put their customers first and ensure everyone’s satisfied with their product and service.

My husband wanted a whopper. When we got home with our meal, the whooper had lettuce and onions and a little bit of mayo. My husband was looking forward to the tomatoes and pickles but none were added to his whopper. There wasn’t even any ketchup on it. Time to train your staff. It will be our last time there. Tried calling and no one answered. Poor service! Just spoke to my daughter that told me she went too and same thing

Well I didn’t think it was useful to input my thoughts about this location but I guess im not the only one having issues.I went through the drive through to order a homestyle breakfast, to begin with the lady didn’t know what I was speaking off and told me they didn’t have that (I eat it at other locations…) then proceeds to say that they only serve it in the restaurant (not true).Proceeds to accept the order and went ahead and paid. I was the only vehicle there with one customer inside. The lady told me that I will need to go ahead and park in the parking lot since my order will take a while to cook.10 minutes went by and still no food, I went inside to check what was going on, I seen the cook cooking the eggs. I then went back in my car thinking that my breakfast was bound to be ready. I waited another 15 mins before going back inside finding my food still not ready. I then asked for a refund since that was absolutely unacceptable. The clerk was rude and did not want to give me any information to contact upper management.I do not recommend this place to anyone.Train your staff appropriately and then you will have better customer feedback!

I get that the restaurant is relatively new but the place was not very clean, the staff seemed dismissive when I suggested they actually fill up the ice machine as it was empty and fill up straws and napkins (also empty).This is a management and training issue.I fear that the art of customer service is over and that's what was always attractive about our region: Atlantic Canada, but it's now lost even here.The food was OK though but nothing else was positive.

Worst service ever.. was stuck in line in the drive through for about 35 mins. By the time I got to the window, they couldn't find my order. Just had enough and drove away.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN..

Even for fast food, the service is poorer than competitors. I go back for the flame broiled, hoping service was friendlier, more accurate, and they haven't run out of SOMETHING I had ordered.

We had a very good visiting experience on Tuesday, 04.04.2023.It was completely different than in the beginning, after opening this store.Shift manager was responsive, competent and helpful person! Thank you for your serving, Sherwin!

I'm giving this store a rating of -1000 stars because this is the worst burger King on Magnetic Hill. Restaurant manager is very rude and she doesn't care about her customers she only cares about herself. If I were you I would never go to this store on Magnetic Hill because there service is poor and most people are very unfriendly. The restaurant manager loves selling expired products which is 2 hours old because she doesn't see anything wrong with it.To the restaurant manager You need to grow up and start showing some respect or you may find that some people will show you the exact same respect you show them and trust I mean every word of it.
