I worked with Greg and Peter at Airport Railing and it was such a positive experience. They designed and installed railings on the exterior of our home (front porch glass railing and rear patio and walkout basement aluminum railing) as well as the interior of the home. They also provided steps for the inside of the garage leading into the home. Peter came himself to measure and Greg provided the designs. Communication was always excellent. The final product is of really good quality. I am so happy with the modern design for the interior railing/posts. I was particular about the shoe plate for the interior railing and with covid and supply issues it was a challenge sourcing exactly what I wanted but Airport Railing ensured they found what I requested. Their timeline for delivery was on time. I would highly recommend Airport Railing to anyone who is looking for a professional, high quality railing company. Peter and Greg were such a pleasure to work with!

Very bad customer service, has no respect for the time, they through many promises but hardly kept any, didn’t finish job on time , very expensive, don’t go with them

Friendly, high class craftmanship, with very clean cut business agreements and no bloated fees. A definite recommendation to all!

Very disappointed.

My experience was with the owner. Let me tell you it wasn’t a pleasant one. This gentleman was very rude, they over charged, they lied to me about how much material costs. When I went to look for steps, the price was 32$ and he said it was about 110$ each. The gentleman that installed it, was playing way to much music and it was loud. All and all not professional, give your money to someone else that wouldn’t lie about prices.
