Having worked with Nicole for almost 10 years my family and I trust and value her opinion and knowledge. Nicole helped us to purchase our first home and do a refinancing, aswell as purchasing our second home which is soon to be up for renewal, we have already started talking to Nicole about our options. Buying my first house was an overwhelming experience, and I had a lot of questions - Nicole was a perfect mortgage agent for me. She explained all my questions and helped guide me through the process. She made sure I got a great rate, and I always knew I was in safe hands. I've now gone through the renewal/remortgage process, and Nicole has been so informative and once again gotten me a fantastic rate. She is so hard working, and been so great working with her.

Nicole Petty has been an extreme pleasure to work with. We’ve renewed our mortgage twice with her and would recommend her to everyone. We’ve always dealt with the big banks in the past and we were very unsatisfied with the customer service and I would definitely recommend switching to a mortgage broker before one of the big banks. You get a more personal experience and her level of customer service goes above and beyond. She will do everything she can to satisfy her clients. We cannot say enough about the professional, friendly way Nicole helped educate our kids (and ourselves) as they went through the house purchasing process. She made what could be a confusing overload of information, a clear, concise, informative session with options that would work for them. We’ve gone through three sessions of mortgages with Nicole and they were all fantastic. She also recently supported mortgage renewals for both our kids. Working with Nicole was an extremely positive experience for all. We’re so glad of the referral to her.
