The staff were super helpful and friendly in the 4 departments that I visited in the store: fitting rooms, women's shoes, cashier and service department. It was worth the drive out to Langford!!!

I held off on writing this because when I have a bad experience the first time I go somewhere I like to chalk it up to someone having a bad day. It's not fair to assume the service is horrible and the employees are incompetent based on one visit. But when the experience is *that* bad, twice in a row - I'm done. I'm out. There are too many places just like Sport Chek for me to deal with those employees again.Updated/Response to Sport Chek:No, I don't work for free. Send in a 'secret shopper' and let them suffer at the hands of your incompetent employees.

I went in to exchange an item for a different size today, with tag but no receipt. This is the only store that’s ever denied such a request. Not asking for a refund, just a different size. The store is over priced and terrible customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I was very impressed when I went to look at and buy some shoes. I was quickly asked if I needed help, there was a follow up how are they"?. Best of all Trish/Trisha had a positive attitude and a smile. It gave me hope for customer service!Unfortunately the cashier was short and rude

Although we don't often have the need to go there it is a tidy, easy to find what you need store. Well laid out, nice staff.

Little to no customer service. Store workers are disengaged and seem uninterested in doing the basic minimum. Skip and go to Frontrunners on Goldstream instead. Prices aren't much more and well worth the friendly, efficient and thorough service they provide.
