I bought my RDX there. No complaints about the experience. They gave me a good trade in value for my camry. Even thought I had a unpleasant experience with people at crown toyota in the past, I'm very pleased with the service at Crown Acura. The salesman Neel and the finance manager EJ are very friendly and didn't try to force me too much towards any additional charges. I recommend the place.

Terrible experience here. Not only was communication from the tech horrible I would the part with install for 2500 dollars cheaper than this place.To top it all off I come there to get my car and its buried in the snow. When I asked why my vehicle was neglected like that they told me it was cause of all the snow we got this year lol funny cause no other vehicle in the lots was treated like this!If your an average Joe don't come here cause they won't give you or your vehicle the respect you deserve!!!!

Most of my experience was over the phone with Mila. But she made sure all of my questions were answered and all of the information I needed was on the table for me. It’s my first time working with a dealership, and even though I won’t be getting the Integra Type S this year, she made me feel very confident and educated on making a pre-order for one in the future. Also did not feel like a sales pitch at all, she made sure I was going to get exactly what I wanted and was very personal as well in her own experience, how her husband wanted the same vehicle, only made me more excited for future commitments with Crown Acura!

I LOVE my TLX Type-S. When I contacted Crown Acura I already knew exactly what I wanted….but Curtis and the rest of the team made it easy and enjoyable throughout the whole process.
