O Salon

In from Ottawa for a Mtl. Function. Needed a cut and style. They were able to accommodate me with a time slot with Dana or Dara. Great cut, wonderful products. Five stars.

They do not care about the customer money, time and the service result.O salon is near my home, so i decided to go there. My first exoerience was hair cut,which was awful!second time i booked an appointment for hair color, when i went there the store was closed . noone called me!The hair dryer is unprofessional as well. Do not waste your time, money and energy on this salon.

I rarely replace my regular hairdresser, but I really needed a haircut and tried O Salon, which was just close to my hotel.The result is perfect! I have curly hair, and I can easily get upset about my hair - and I just love the haircut!Thanks for the light attitude and professionalism :)

Sébastien is very friendly and shows a lot of care for my preferences. He did a wonderful job on my cut and colour. The salon is comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly. I was able to practice my French and flip to English when I got stuck.

I had a horrible experience as a first timer at this salon. I booked the appointment for 10 am, the stylist was over 20 minutes late and did not even provide an apology... She did not introduce herself or ask any questions to clarify the haircut I was asking for which was just a simple trim btw! I ended up with sooo many short layers and basically had a mullet. I had to ask my friend to cut my hair into a short bob just to balance it out.. super disappointed with the unprofessionalism and just a terrible haircut over all. thank god hair grows back!!

It was a first time here for me and my partner after a long time of not getting a professional haircut. We called to book the appointment, pleasant and easy.The salon was lovely and inviting. They even had these comfortable wool slippers for you to change into. Waited just a little, but I’m always prepared to when I’m going for a haircut. I see some complaints about waiting and such.. As someone who have been to many hair salons in different countries, I think we all know that delays can happen sometimes in any services, so try to go on a more relaxing day and prepare for additional time for yourself.On to my haircut, Mélodie was my hairstylist. She got me some cute bangs and colored my hair to cover my grays. Loved the results! On top of that, she was so nice to talk to — I really enjoyed our inspiring chats. Will definitely be back for my next haircut. ❤️Thanks Mélodie & Team.

I had a great experience at O salon! Gladys did a great job with my hair. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure i was happy with the cut. Super cool place and great vibes. Definitely would come again!

I have been a client of O-Salon for about five years, following a series of so-so experiences with several other salons in Montreal. I really appreciate them, especially Élodie, for their professionalism, consistent quality, attentiveness to my preferences, and their ability to surpass my expectations. It's a friendly and comfortable place to visit, and I believe they are very fairly priced.
