I wouldn't have discovered this hidden place if I hadn't had craving for ice cream next door. The entrance had limited visibility to the parking lots, which would limit exposure to Heartland visitors. I personally think the place deserves more rapport.The genre was puzzling at first. The restaurant labels itself as Afro-Asian, but is rooted from Nigeria. Littered within the menu were elements from India (Tandoori), Southern (Cajun and Blackened), and Caribbean (Jerk), and Mediterranean.The Jollof rice was tasty, though they gave me enough rice per dish to feed two people. The Asun Goat was spicy and flavourful, very satisfying for mutton fans (of which I am one). The Blackened Chicken came with strong flavours, a great choice for lovers of taste from Louisiana. The Shombo steak was a misnomer, since it came in strips (I was looking for beef chunks), but the flavour complimented the Jollof rice well.If you're a foodie who's looking for a great fusion place that is not shy with seasoning and pay homage to many ethnic cuisines, then this place is worth a visit!

I recently visited Get grill at Heartland, Mississauga and was blown away by the different food choices. The Butter Chicken bowl was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice. The Butter chicken bowl was also delicious. The service was excellent and our servers both girl and boy were very knowledgeable about the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

Ordered a small tandoori and medium butter chicken wrap. Totalled to about $20 after tax, which would be fine if the sizes weren't so tiny.Was able to finish the small wrap in a few bites and the medium wrap shortly after.Tandoori was passable, but the butter chicken may as well be a ceaser wrap. Tasteless and dry chicken with barely any filling.I won't be back.

If you are looking for a fast and healthier option, you gotta try Get Grill.I got the jerk chicken with rice bowl and I added shrimp. The white sauce on top is amazing. The food in general is really good and the spice level is great. Staff are friendly and the prices are good. Forgot to take a Pic of the food as I started digging in right away.Highly recommend!

I am here to give my honest review so here it is: food was ok I tried butter chicken wrap which did not tasted as butter chicken at all. However it was hot and juicy. Server was great! He showed me where the menu is and prepared the wrap on time. Coming to the atmosphere…. The store was dirty I could see the dust all over even on the cashier section it was dusty and at one point I was thinking if I should buy the food from here. The cold drink fridge was so nasty and dusty. The grills were rusty. And the price is not cheap too!!!The owner better go and check for the cleaning purposes. Even a clothing store is not as dusty as this restaurant was.

I had to try the butter chicken bowl, and I'm glad I did! It was damn tasty, sitting on a bed of rice, with plenty of sauce. The chicken was plentiful and chopped up into bits, and the rice was cooked perfectly!!! Also tried their Shombo seasoned potatoes - again, cooked perfectly and came with a super tasty & spicy side sauce. The call ahead pickup was flawless, and the service was great! Will definitely be back.
