My husband had a bug in the lettuce of his teenburger! And our coffees literally had no flavour of coffee! We couldn’t even finish them after a sip. Tasted like hot water with cream in it. Went across the highway to Tim’s to get a proper coffee! Very disappointing! We normally love A&W. Especially the one we have in Sherwood Park. It’s great!!

A familiar and tasty comfort food stop. The food was good. They were out of a couple of things, but they still had frosty mugs of root beer! They even had some outdoor seating and breakfast all day. Not complaining!

Mama mozzarella/mushroom was excellent onion rings hot and crisp.Unfortunately that someone stank up the dining area, so we sat outside.

Staying across in Ramada tried to have plant based burger as I don’t eat meat but the cooks are untrained and the staff as well even after informing the front staff they don’t bother to clean the grill. Walked in this morning for breakfast saw that cook use same utensil to grab bacon sausage and egg. Soo lazy that they don’t want to have different tongs untrained staff has no idea about cross contamination or any respect to people who don’t eat meats

I love A&W and i have ever since i was a little kid. Most A&Ws have the same feel to them and in their case that's a pretty good benefit. The food is always fast, hot and fresh no matter what time of day you order. Their drive thru is easily the fastest at getting you in and out in no time. You won't have to waste your lunch break waiting for food/ being stuck in a drive thru. Even at peak times I feel like the food is remarkable fast. Overall expect the same quality and standards that every A&W has from this location too.

We were on our way from Saskatoon to Edmonton, and two kids asked me the whole way for an A&W. Finally we found this one in wainwright and the kids are so happy! But We have been waiting in the front for over 5 minutes with no one in the line and the receptionist just totally ignored us..... Two kids were starving and and headed to McDonald's instead.

I understand minimum wage, and that although it sucks someone has to do it, and if you're the person willing to do it atleast try. My food was thrown in a bag and slid across the counter, we asked for a cup tray for our drinks and was ignored over, indidnt even get all the food i ordered but didn't want to make a scene so I left politely . Won't return.
