The new management is worst then the old management. They let Drs go with all your information,don't return phone calls to you or your Dr at ALL after MONTHS of trying so we will be looking for a different Sleep Clinic has this one just waste tax payers money and your time!!!Don't even pick up the your or your Dr to try and make the phone call. Just call some place different.I wish they had - 5 star for places like this!!!

I was also told on Aug 21st my prescription will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks but likely sooner due to the severity of my sleep apnea. My sleep study was required prior to surgery, and now my surgery is being put at risk due to this delay. Messages are not returned, calls are not answered - this is very unprofessional and this company is putting peoples lives at risk because of the ripple it has on other procedures depending on the findings and results.

Zero stars. Avoid. Even if you see this when looking for directions, or on the bus there, skip the appointment, go home, and book one somewhere else. It's not worth it. They tell you 4-6 weeks for results, they tell you up to 12 months when you call after the test, and I am advised by my CPAP supplier that it often takes longer even than THAT. There are other options in town that won't leave you in the lurch for essential medical information for months, and those other options will likely be faster even if you have to wait for the initial study.

My husband first went to this clinic at the beginning of February, mid April he finally received his results by phone. He was told he needs a Cpap machine as he has bad sleep apnea. Beginning of May he went for his 2nd sleep clinic, where after they were supposed to send his prescription to the Cpap company in the same building. We are now going on 3 weeks and still no prescription for his machine. He has left multiple messages and no one has returned his call.We do not recommend going to the KW clinic, they don't seem to care about their patients urgency and they have poor communication skills.

The lab technicians are professional but just know that these labs are very busy so it will take some time to hear from the doctor so be patient.

I’m sorry but you should NOT have to call somewhere 5-6 times a day to get a answer been calling for over a month no answer.. wrote a email .. again no answer if you have the opportunity to take your sleep test elsewhere take it ! You will not get anywhere with this clinic sadly ! They need many improvements and customer service is horrible !

Worst customer service in history. Well, it was great right up until they did the sleep study. After that, emails and voicemails say we will contact you to discuss results." I was told 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks I called. It was impossible to get to a human so I left a message. I saw a call on my phone a week later but I was busy and couldn't answer. There was no voicemail or follow-up call. Sleep study booked quicklyResults visit in 6 months is totally unacceptable.Should have been advised of the length of time for results at the time of booking.6 months is a long time to wait if you have severe sleep apnea ( diagnosed years ago) and need a new CPAP machine

Just met Dr. Galarraga-Carrero in his office for the first time since becoming his patient over two years ago. I found him to be quite thorough and informative as to the nature of sleep disorders. As a result of reading the previous reviews, I feel it’s important to note a few factors which appear to be the bulk of complaints here.1) This doctor is literally the only sleep specialist in the area.2) I believe the reason for the wait for follow up and prescriptions for CPAP devices has far more to do with the pandemic of the past two years. I would certainly appreciate more information from our provincial government regarding the lengthy wait times in the KW area for nearly all medical care.3) The province is supposed to provide adequate medical services based on population and other factors, yet KW is woefully understaffed for its rapidly growing population. If you’re annoyed by delays in healthcare, call your local MPP’s office and ask questions.
