**READ THIS**Be aware that these guys add a mandatory tip to your delivery order. So you’re paying for delivery (fine) but also a tip, I was under the impression tips were earned? At the very least, I’ll choose to tip the driver if it shows up warm and under an hour but to force it?Delivery + Tip was $8 on top of pizza and tax.I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Done with this place... when they first opened..5 stars....today...I struggle to give them 1. Uncooked pizza when I asked for well done...the last 5 pizza orders were just as disappointing... I don't even want their free pizzas anymore...Was contacted by the owner...I don't want your free pizza! Train your staff properly...instead of collecting my money for sub par product.Problem solved.

I've been eating here since 2017, the pizza has always been excellent! Great service and even better food. My go to pizza shop in georgetown. Recently within the month I've gone 3 times to get a slice. 2 of the three times my pizza has been dripping grease and it's not appealing what's so ever, but I gave them another chance. Last time I came I got a raw slice of pizza, completely raw underneath and a short black hair stuck in my crust. Either new owners or new ingredients but the quality has dramatically fallen and I am greatly disappointed with this restaurant. That will be the last time I will ever eat there, with the quality they're serving there is a better and cheaper option on every corner in town. Hope to see a change in the future or I don't see the business lasting.

UPDATE: Called on Sunday, was told that the owner Tony was not in that day- called at 3pm was told the owner would be in until 4:30pm that day. I was deceived by the information Sara the supervisor gave us. Contacted customer care and also Instagram... no one wants to acknowledge Tony's location. Would not recommend this place to anyone $19 for a small gluten free pizza, pizza looked awful and served with attitude.Ordered Jan 21st 2022. Called upon realizing the poor quality of pizza- undercooked and not even spread of cheese. spoke to someone who said they can't give a refund asked to speak to a manager instead i got Sara who initially was aggressive with me for asking for a refund I explained the reasons. That was the first mistake of this places are, Sara seriously needs to be trained on how to speak to paying customers. Sara consistently was rude and created a hostile environment. What could have been a simple resolution has now left me speechless at this company for hiring and training someone so disrespectful. Sara told me that no one can give me a refund that it's not possible...the money is already in the system

We came from a long drive and stopped by and quality and freshness of our own made pizza was delicious, fresh and pizza bread was crispy! What else would you expect!! Bravo guys!

Bro.. Nooo! Just NO!I did not think pizza could ever be a bad choice. Lord forgive me, but it was... EW! We went there twice and the 2nd time was worse. I didn't take a pic, but it looked like the one reviewed by 'Deede'. A mess with zero flavour. As per my kid, it tasted like air.. not even cardboard...but air..Do better!

1) was expecting a better food experience. Ordered a margherita pizza about a week ago. Got a cheese pizza with loads of MINT! is this a new, unwanted option that I didnt know about nor ask for?I'm thinking of dropping off a handful of basil so the staff can learn the difference.2) Asked the girl at the front to 'wipe down' the cutter since the last guy ordered a pepperoni slice, and since I didn't want SWINE bits on my food. Well, she hastly brushed the cutter on what seemed to be a piece of cardboard and carried on cutting my Non-meat pizza.This was not a complicated request. Very confused till today of what they are doing there.

This review is for Pizzaiolo in Georgetown, Ontario:Don't let the strip plaza condition fool you. This pizzeria is a gem ! They make the pizza in the open - everything is in the open. Very clean facility and happy workers. Forget about other pizzeria's in Georgetown I've eaten from them all. Pizzaiolo Georgetown is the best ! They are as close as you can get to the famous Ricci's Pizza from decades ago in Woodbridge/ Malton. The crust can be eaten on its own cause it's so good. The sauce is probably Mutti san marzano cause it's so good. The tiny cups are as savory as it can get. I know pizza cause I used to make them in the 1980's and not too many pizza chains offer a good pie these days any more !
