I joined the Air Force out of high school doing a lot of research on my own. HOWEVER working with Tsgt Jaynes has been the actual best thing I could’ve done while going on this journey. I’ve heard so many horror stories about recruiters lying and not giving all the information. I was MORE than prepared to join. He has never lied, never pressured me into anything as far as joining and picking a job and I had more information than I could’ve asked for to be fully prepared. This dude is awesome and really cares about his job and his airmen.
