Extremely friendly & helpful staff that have everything you are looking for from dip powder, gel polish, drills, and other necessary supplies to make your nails look fabulous. I go out of my way to drive further away from home because I know that the customer service I will receive in this nail supply store is the best! 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give this store a negative star I would. After reading the bad reviews I still made an effort to visit this shop, I came all the way from Brampton. I gave my daughter my last mask to wear since she didn’t have one. I came inside the store and not even a hello. The owner was on the phone and looked at me and told me if I’m not wearing a mask I can’t shop here. Keep in mind he’s not wearing a mask either lol. Then he said “what do you want, are you going to be here for long” I just looked at him in disbelief because of the way he talked to me and explained I came all the way from Brampton I just needed acrylic and stiletto nail tips, he rolled his eyes and asked me what are stiletto nail tips, and continued his conversation on the phone. then the lady gave me an extra mask to wear to let me get the tips. I asked prior to visiting if they sell Valentino beauty acrylic which is the main reason I went there they told me yes on the phone come to find out they don’t even have any she tried to sell me an unknown brand while trying to convince me it was Valentino beauty. I Declined then picked up the tips to go to the register to cash out, but decided I don’t want to give these people my money. Then she stated asking me with her attitude “what’s the problem”. I don’t believe in supporting businesses that have bad customer service . If you own a shop the least you could do is know a thing or two about your products. And treat the people that will potentially put money into your shop with respect.

Worst customer service ever. The lady is extremely rude. Every time I asked her for assistant, she acted like I am bothering her and not happy at all. It was my first time there and will never come back.

never coming here agian!!! walked in and the man and woman didnt even ackowledge me. i looked around and couldnt find what i needed so i went to the counter and my mom said excuse me, as she was asking for help very clearly. and he ignored us!! we asked agian and he ignored us again!!!! these other people walked in and started talking in there language to the man and he payed attention to them. this man has no regard for customers!!! expect no money if you treat people like this.

The owner is extremely rude. On my last trip he threw the bag at me and said pack your own stuff. I asked a question about shellac and was told that I should know about shellac so in other words don't ask. Shouldn't have a store if they lack customer service and don't seem like they like people who aren't from their culture. Won't be back rather spend my money elsewhere where I am treated as a customer rather than an inconvenience.

honestly there is a good selection of acrylic powders and some things are priced well, but the man that works there is really rude. he threw the products on the counter after scanning them, doesn't give me a receipt after a purchase, didn't welcome me into his store or offer any help, and he would follow me around the store as if i was going to steal something. the last time i was there, he told me to wait because he was talking to someone on his cell phone. on the other hand the woman that works there is really nice. she is usually cleaning or stocking supplies. i always asked her for help. i no longer go here after the bad quality service i received. i personally do not recommend going here.

The owner, John, is so friendly, patient and honest. I have been shopping here for many years and I have never been disappointed. His store has EVERYTHING you could want or need for nail care and at very reasonable prices. If you cannot find what you need at Hightek Nail Supply, then it does not exist. Honestly, he has a tremendous selection of products and John is willing to answer your questions, give you recommendations and is so customer friendly. Trust me when I say, if you go to shop at Hightek Nail Supply, you will not be disappointed :)

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Such a large selection of products and the IBD gel polishes are a great price! I originally purchased the wrong coloured gel due to miscommunication and brought it back the next day and had no issues exchanging it. The lady was very helpful. Great customer service
