Good selection for electrical needs but make sure you check the order in great detail, was given two things the wrong size and didn’t work for the project I was working on

I’m a noob/diy person. Mike was very helpful and friendly!! He helped me find an affordable option for my problem and also recommended me alternative options. I’ll definitely will be back when I need electrical stuff in the future!

I wasn't greeted by anyone. STEVE at the desk acted inconvenienced when I asked to look up a product I was interested in. He wouldn't answer any questions about the specs with having to repeat my question multiple times. Not one hi, thank you. Customer service is easy. That's what brings customers through the door and keeps them returning! Absolutely horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible experience, 17 years as an electrician working in 4 different countries and the North van depot has to be the worst service I have ever received, the staff have attitudes bar two and they charge more than home depot if your a new walk in. Go to Torbram around the corner much better service and more competitive rates

Unfriendly service. Standing there patiently for 15 minutes as staff wandered by, around not even acknowledging or asking if I needed any help. Finally had someone look at me and grabbed their attention. Only to be told they don’t have what I need. Couldn’t suggest anywhere that might. Told to check online. Like ‘try Googling it’. Useless. If you’re not a contractor who knows exactly what you want, don’t bother shopping here
