Facets is an incredible local Jeweler that always seems to have exactly what I'm looking for when I'm shopping for gifts. Katie helped me when I was looking for an engagement ring this past year and Janette ended up custom making the ring for me. We will be going back for our bands in the new year. I'll be a lifetime customer for certain.

Purchased some gifts over Christmas and was pleased with the service. Time was taken and I was able to make purchases within my budget. I just picked up a sentimental ring repair that was difficult to part with. Beyond happy that the ring was able to be repaired and done so well.

After getting a price of $285 to replace the lobster clasp on my necklace, I decided to check out Facets. Best decision! $60 plus tax to replace. Thank you, girls! Will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Facets is a beautiful Jewelry store in Caledonia, they also do repairs and custom jewelry. I took in some opals and got back a beautiful pendant & earrings. Katie & Janette have impeccable taste. Do yourself a favour and stop in. They have something for everyone! They also have a dog (Lola), she’s adorable.

The small town feeling, where they know your name and story are here in this beautiful shop. They will take their time and care for your jewelry pieces to your satisfaction. They’ve been along our family journey beginning with my engagement ring. They helped my husband who was struggling to find the perfect ring, and they nailed it. Our wedding rings were the perfect fit as well. They have made a beautiful custom keychain for my husband for Father’s Day. A fishing tag with three little fish with each child’s name. They really brought my vision to life and my husband has it with him always! For Mother’s Day they’ve been able to bring in beautiful birth stone pendants every time we’ve added a new baby. If ever anything breaks, they are quick to find a replacement piece, fix it or offer a discount if it’s beyond the warranty. I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting wonderful mother and daughter Janette and Kate when my husband and I got engaged.
