Regarding that previous 1 star review, I doubt he's talking about this shop. I don't believe there is a Chris and I've know Marcus to be an honest guy. They may seem a little disorganized at times, but they get the job done and you can trust him to do the proper work.

So glad I stumbled upon Marcus's shop while looking for a mechanic in the same plaza. My usual mechanic had asked me to show up at 9am on a Saturday morning and I waited at his shop from 9-10.45 and no one showed up. After trying other options in the area Marcus was gracious enough to accommodate me as I needed to get my front brakes changed urgently. He was quick with the replacement and checked all 4 wheels although I asked for only the front two to be replaced. The music playing in the shop and Marcus's occasional singing made the wait fun! Highly recommend his shop and will definitely be going here for future car work. Thanks Marcus.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Marcus for years. When it comes to mechanics trust plays a huge role. I fully trust that he will do the work required at the best price possible. He's not going to try to upsell me or tell me my vehicle requires work that it doesn't. If something isn't worth fixing he'll tellme. He'll get me used parts from a salvage yard sometimes if that makes more sense, or brand new OEM if that makes more sense. It depends on the the issue and the vehicle.I strongly recommend him!

Dont trust these guys. Cheaters. And very rude and rough the way they handle the customers.I was given a price for honda civic air bag. When I got there all the way from west end of Toronto, That guy tells me no he didn't agree for that amount and he was acting rude as if he goanna hit me. And I have to end up buying anyways since I came all the way and also made me wait and wait. Very irresponsible person.Maybe other staffs there good. But this person I felt with I think Chris. Very very very poor experience.

My front car tire was leaking air so I went to this place as it was the only place open near me. I met Andy and I have to say that I got the best service even for this little job. Probably the best mechnaic I met till now, even the rate that he charged me was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
