Great taste of Chicken & Lamb Shawarma in traditional style. The Guys are very friendly and helpfull to explain about the different types of Shawarama & sauces serving with shawarma. Must try their all deals. Very good quality meat & i will give them 10/10 with Clean environment. Also the behaviour and customer services of these gentlement are very cool and friendly...

This is the only proper Osmow’s in Vaughan.The other one on major mac is trash. Ordered a large Philly chicken half and half with garlic sauce. Was hot and fresh. Did not disappoint

Food is great. Place is clean. Service is consistently slow. I think they need an extra person working at peak periods and weekends. Can't only have two people working with a lineup. This should fix the problem.

Terrible. Ordered half half chicken and got barely any chicken. When this location opened up they used to have perfect quantity now they're cheap skates. Don't go here, this was my third time with barely any chicken on it.

Ordered a Tue speicial. Right after i started to eat, I realized the white sauce/dressing is not enough, far from advertised on pictures. I went to ask if i can get some more sauce, and i got a cold face saying you need to pay for the sauce" like I am begging for more sauce. Very unhappy experience. Without right amount of sauce

Falafel wrap is a great little lunch. Generous choices for extras in your wrap and their Osmow sauce is quite good. My suggestion, however, is to have straws in store (not plastic) for those that require. Not impressed that after purchasing a canned beverage I am meant with “ we have no straws currently”

Food is regular but customer service and hygiene needs to Improve. Washrooms seem no one has clean it in ages and smells goes all the way out to eating area. Customer service is not friendly, workers are talking in foreign language and not paying attention to customers around watching their job. They seem more preoccupied in personal talking than working.

The WORST experience ever. Very unprofessional stuff.I ordered a mild chicken shawarma wrap. I started eating the shawarma while driving toward home. On the first and second bite it was good but after that it was too spicy. I was thinking for the next bite it will be ok because I ordered the mild one but it was getting spicier, my whole mouth was burning so I called to the restaurant and I told them that I ordered mild shawarma but you gave me a super spicy shawarma, he said I am sorry mam you can come back and we will make you a new one. I said I already ate half of the shawarma he said that’s alright come back. Ok on that hot weather and heavy traffic I turned back to get what I was PAID for. Once I reached there, 2 rude and unprofessional guys start arguing with me that I am lying and they were insisting that they added only 3 drops of spicy sauce. I regularly order shawarma from Lazeez Shawarma, and I never ever had any issue. So finally I didn’t get anything and I left the half of their garbage shawarma because it was not eatable.

I just ordered their chicken on rocks and it was delicious! The rice and chicken was warm and tasted fresh, the sauce was great too. The service was quick and friendly as well. Overall, great experience at this location.

I probably didn’t pay attention the first time tap my credit card, cashier told me didn’t go through. I apologized and did again, and make sure the credit card machine had approval print out. The cashier was not satisfied, insisted I show him my bank account transaction to prove it’s paid. Literally login bank account to show him. Never happened to me in any other retail places. In fact it is illegal to ask for banking information. Will never go back to this location. Advice to store owners, train your staff better, you’re driving away business with service like this. Very disappointing!
