I contacted Tom at Deviate designs to design a small mudroom addition to my home. Tom came up with great ideas and ultimately a beautiful design that was displayed to me in a 3-D rendering. Tom also worked with the City as I needed a development permit for my mudroom. From start to finish the process was easy and enjoyable! I would highly recommend Deviate Design!

Tom is an absolute professional. I was impressed with his efficiency with getting drawings finished, the quality of the design and his construction knowledge. His understanding and relationship with the City is great and a huge asset. I highly recommend Deviate for any kind of multi-family, mixed use, and retail project.

We had worked with Tom on a DP and BP Infill project in North Glenmore park, and he hit it out of the park, literally :) The design was perfect, while maximizing our Lots size for secondary suites (VRBO) in each unit.He was fast, reliable, responsive, honest and great to work with. Any changes / revisions during design he made easily, and no complaints from him about doing so.The plan set (30 ish pages for the Semi D) was well laid out, easy to follow, and had a nice look and title block.He knew zoning, bylaw and city specs very well, and was helpful during the build on any layout / build questions we had during construction.Wasn't the lowest price for full build design and sets, but you get what you pay for and we will be working with Deviate again soon..Allied Builds.
