the management has absolutely destroyed this place. Condo management refuses to speak to any renters about anything going on and are absolutely rude to the people of this complex. Construction has been going on since I moved in three years ago. I would advice not to even bother coming in here as it will be full of crackheads soon enough.

Lived here for a year avoid this place like the plague, some of the worst build quality I’ve ever seen, nothing is as advertised as far as sinks toilets cabinets etc, ac and heating is horrible had to run electric heaters in a brand new home. Oh and don’t ever plan on having guests because there is about 3 spots for guests to park for all the buildings.the list goes on for this place

Do not trust the positive reviews. This built is a complete disaster. Do not trust the pictures either - its also false advertising: there is no double door fridge with water/ice dispansor, no breakfast bar, no pot lights, kitchen cabinets are less then half in size than what they show in the brochure. The list goes on and on. Stay away from buying here and from the builder in the future.

I signed under every word of the negative comments.All truth. But, you have to deal with that, and I would like to say THANK YOU TO SALEEM. This Man available at all the time,try to fixed the problems, very polite. He only the person who you can talk and he will try to help you.Saleem you have a very hard job, but the construction will be follow up part without you. Thank you.

Three years living in this still unfinished community. Extremely dishonest management. Poor quality build and finishing with major structural issues causing leaks in many of the units.

Lots of water damage in units one to 9. Patched them up and sold them anyway. Substandard materials and Kijiji trades. Now building under a new name on the same site. Buyers beware!

There is no where to park they haven't finished the property the roads are horrible,and the condition they have left it in is a serious eye sore. This must be the builders first try at this.

Don't rent or purchases these units. They do not have enough money to finish the units and will be left how they look. Take a look around the door entrance frames. Already scratched and beat up. Also, grading is a disaster and there is NOT enough parking for all units. A total disaster of a build.
