Christine's treatments are as effective and more relaxing than those from my massage therapist. I have had treatments for stress, injuries, and tight muscles She offers information for you to discuss or look up if you like, and is not at all pushy with this info. Highly recommended!

I was looking for some relief for tired feet and saw all the great reviews that others had put up for Christine's reflexology service. What I was not expecting was for a HUGE improvement in my range of motion for my left arm which has suffered from a frozen shoulder.Previously I had not been able to raise it beyond the 9:30 position if you imagine the face of a clock. This is after multiple physiotherapy sessions over the course of a year and it being stuck in this state over the last 3 years.After about 10 minutes of targeted Reflexology in Motion" treatment

Christine is fantastic. We gave reflexology a try for the first time and we were blown away by how good the treatment was. We immediately felt relaxed, ache free especially with the foot treatment and more importantly felt refreshed. Christine is very professional and personable and does a great job of treating your specific needs. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommended!!

Christine is very friendly and professional. Her office is clean and calm. All Covid-19 health protocols were adhered to.I received Reiki, ION foot bath and foot reflexology. All services were enjoyable and Christine answered my questions with thought and consideration. She is in tune with the energy around her and it comes through in her work.I left my session feeling better than when I arrived. Highly recommend any/all of the above mentioned services.
