Worst experience I ever had at this place. Asked them to put extra lettuce tomato even repeated my order thrice still didn’t get that in my order. Even I told them it’s for dine in but still they give us in take out bags even I saw other people are having their food in trays and baskets who were doing dine in. I think service should be provided equal for all the people there.

Not too much you can say about a fast food establishment regarding ambiance, decor etc. Having said that, it met my expectations in every way. The young staff was very courteous and knowledgeable as well as efficient. The food was good as expected and the value was good. Establishment was clean and tidy. One other thing to note is that my order came complete as ordered, not somebody else's order or some kind of error where part of my order is missing. Overall a very good experience. Nothing to complain about.

Not very pleased with the service at this location. Staff are more interested in conversing amongst themselves than service to customers. Also continuous mistakes in making our orders correct. No management present to direct concerns to. Won't be back.

Tremendous takeout experience here. The customer service was superior to any other QSR around. Food was perfect.Thank you to the team members for their genuine kindness, and greeting us with a smile.The building it’s in has really unique architecture and displays. Absolutely worth a visit!

Brooks A&W refused to substitute a beyond meat burger into another sandwich even though the board says you can by paying extra. But no matter the argument, Celine, the server, refused the substitute. A vegetarian does want other burger combos at times and the board says I can. But I was NOT allowed to in BROOKS ALBERTA.

Stopped at 11:00 am ordered double teen fries with diet root beer. Mozzarella burger with fries and coffee. The staff greeted us very friendly. Food was delicious and fries were fresh out of the fryer. Teen burger was hot and very tasty. Service was fast and restaurant was clean. Can’t beat the teen burger .
