Not a great first time experience, told the driver if he could get me to Walmart and then to McDonald’s because i wanted to buy one item before going to work which took me 2 minutes, but he couldn’t wait so he kind of just left me at Walmart and I had to walk back which is not fun at all during a snowy weather. Also to note beforehand I called them and told them that I wanted to go to Walmart and then to McDonald’s. And they didn’t say they can’t do that I assumed it was fine but I guess not.

I'm working professional in the town of antigonish. Through the process of obtaining my license I had to rely on taxi service to and from work for the past year. My first choice was another company I will not name and had a bad experience with the driver. Afterwards I called student taxi and have ever since. Thumbs up to the drivers who are friendly and professional, making sure I arrive on time and to the back office for letting me know if things are busy when I call. I have had nothing but a positive experience with student taxi and must say very pleased overall.

Terrible service. Was told 5-7 minutes to wait for a cab to work in the middle of the day, not very busy. Waited 15 minutes and cab drives away just as soon as I see them and walk out the door. No call, no honk and no knock on the door to let me know they were out front. Called again and the operator was extremely rude. Sent another cab and it took over 15 minutes again making me late for work, so while I was waiting I just called captains instead, much more reliable company.

Been calling for 2 hours now... It's 3:52AM... At this point it's almost promoting drunk driving. This is an absolute garbage company.
