Rainforest not only has high quality products, their service can't be beat. We bought our hot tub and patio furniture from them. The most important thing to Graeme and his team is to provide good quality products where the customer is happy. They live by that through always being available for support and providing honest advice. I've never had such a positive experience with a company before. They really do go above and beyond!

Our family has now purchased a BBQ, fire table and most recently a hot tub from Rainforest Outdoor Living. The experience with all has been excellent inc. the product.Sam was a pleasure to work with on the hot tub sale as well as the owner and the install with Hayden, Peter, Sam and Len went great. All were knowledgable and made the entire process most enjoyable.Highly recommend.

We just had our large hot tub delivered and installed and were very impressed with the knowledge and skills of the men who came. It was a challenging location but they handled it with care and took no time to get the tub in place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff both in the showroom and at our home who assured us “newbies” they would be there for any concern going forward. Totally recommend Rainforest Outdoors!

I had a technician come to verify a problem and diagnose. Told me the particular part would cost upwards of $300. And then another $300. to install. Contacted the manufacturer. Sold me one for $165. Arrived in 2 days. Installed it myself in less than 20 mins. Works perfect. I'll just leave this right here.
