Great place, Ryan managed to help be get my new car with ease and updated me a lot. Nic got me set up with the finance real quick and is also a great guy to talk to. I didn’t get his name, but the owner helped out a lot too. Very nice folks.Other than a slight road bump due to current market was a smooth experience. Definitely recommend, they went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted.

I ordered my Highlander back in January with sales rep Jacob! Throughout the whole process he had great communication, checked the status of my unit, and answered any questions I had! Financing was super fast & Nic is very knowledgable! Would recommend these folks to anyone!!

Absolute top notch service at Toyota.Ryan Towle made me feel so relaxed, at ease and put me into the exact right vehicle that fit my needs, felt like I was sitting down with a friend who truly wanted the best for me.Nic Grayson made the finance portion quick and painless.Beyond happy with the overall experience of leasing my first Toyota and highly recommend them both!Love my Rav 4 it makes the perfect dog adventure ride!

I had a worst experience with Toyota here in Fort McMurray. The agent asked me to deposit $500 for hold on a car that I like which is fair and I understand. I also signed a paper saying this money is refundable and he also said it in case we don't want to push through. After deciding not to trade my car with them, he is now saying it isn't refundable. Plus , when I signed the paper, there were no other writings on it but when I went to see him for the refund there were writings on it and he was insisting that this is what we signed up for"

From the front desk to the manager everyone was amazing to deal with. Keith and Nic were extremely helpful in getting me into my beautiful 4runner in record time. Ryan the sales rep I spoke with is great to deal with too!
