I am thankful we had Atmosphere Floors supply and install our flooring and tile. From the showroom to the installation, Atmosphere displayed efficiency and professionalism that astounded us. Thank you to Eric, Jon, and the Atmosphere team for a fantastic job on our new home.

Service the way it should be!We found tile elsewhere and they were able to get it in for us in a few short days.Scheduled the install for a few days after that. Entire process was under 2 weeks.I have tiled myself, and have hired professional tile setters as well. I am incredibly picky and notice little details immediately. I must say that Jesse the installer absolutely knocked it out of the park. I could not be more impressed with his precision and artistic eye. Working with 2'x4' large format tiles is a nightmare and it turned out perfect. The picture does it no justice, it still needs to be cleaned up.You can tell this company legitimately cares about providing a great experience. They followed up to see how things went within 2 hours of completion. WOW

We had Atmosphere in Chilliwack do our tiling of two shower walls in our ensuite bathroom.Christine was very helpful in helping us choose the tiles, etc. She spent a lot of time with us, was very personable, and gave us some great ideas for our small shower.When Petr came over to put the tiles on the walls for us, he was very much a perfectionist. He worked diligently and efficiently the whole time he was here. He’s quiet and gets in and does his job, steadily, wasting no time.He went above the call of duty when he noticed that the tiles on the floor weren’t finished, as my husband was going to finish them after the shower was completely installed. He knew my husband had just had open heart surgery and wouldn’t be able to finish them for at least two months so offered to finish the floor (no charge) as a gift for my husband. He had them done in no time and perfectly.This was an experience for us that was A++... and I will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of using Atmosphere to improve their home.Thank you, Christine and Petr, for doing such a great job for us.

Atmosphere Floors & Design Centre did a great job for us. We purchased our tile backsplash and flooring from them. Both installers did quality work and were good at communicating with me when they were coming and how long the project would take etc. I appreciated their attention to detail and overall professionalism. I will be using them in the future!

I highly recommend Atmosphere! Great experience from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable about all of their product and was able to provide us with helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. The most important part, the floors and carpet look amazing! The installation teams were top notch. I will definitely be using them when I finish the rest of our home.

We ordered flooring from Atmosphere because of price. We will return because of service. We ordered enough tile to do our house. They called us early to say that it had arrived. We drove 4 hours to pick it up, then 4 hours home where we discovered that we were 8 cartons short. We phoned immediately to ask why and these folks bent over backwards to make things right. They even delivered the product to our home! Stuff happens but it isn't often a company admits a mistake and fixes it so well they get a 5 star rating. Bravo Atmosphere.

I could not be more thrilled than I am with my new floor installed by Atmosphere. It’s gorgeous and the installer, Luciano and his helper Ryan did an amazing job. They were efficient, and cleaned up wonderfully every day.I give 5 stars to this great Chilliwack company.

They have supplied and installed our Kitchen,living room.hallway and primary suite.The floors look great, we get nothing but compliments.Staff at the store were very helpful,and we had the best installer he does fantastic work and takes great pride in what he does.He also put up with our dog wanting to play ball with him.Thank you very much for a great experiance.Would recommend any time.Thanks Alice,Reg
