I asked for a part for my laptop which they indicated they could get for me however they refused to order it because I would not allow them to access my laptop.My laptop functions just fine and I do all of my own troubleshooting and software repair / installations.Worst computer shop I have ever been at. Would not recomend them to anyone.

Both Colin and Crystal are very knowledgeable and helpful, was able to find a laptop for a better price than the big box stores. Well worth the drive and got to support our small businesses.

I have been using Stinn Tech for the last couple years and have had nothing but excellent service. Colin is very helpful, honest and informative. He will always try to fix the issue or issues before going ahead and charging me or the company I work for a bunch of money. He also always checks to make sure I am ok with any extra charges before he continues his work. CPU was fixed in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. We were so pleased we brought in a laptop we are having issues with. Again, detailed report of the issues taken. The team at Stinn Tech (computer sales and repair service) is amazing! I highly recommend this option for people who want to extend the life of a personal computer and clean it up! My Dell XPS from 8 years ago now has a new life for at least another three (based on support for Windows 10). I can tell you right now that repairing the computer I had and adding RAM was significantly more cost effective then buying a new entry level lap top! No programs or files lost! #supportlocal
