I pulled up made my order pulled up to the first window. He asked for the money I gave him the money. The young fella accidentally ripped my five dollar bill and then said they cannot except the money from the manager. It wasn’t the young fella so I told him I will be cancelling my order and leaving so I left with no food and ended up going to next door to A&W. They accepted my rip five dollar bill and my money and gave me a great meal.

Absolutely, without question, the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. As a local this is one of the most poorly managed and frankly quiet sad fast food restaurants I’ve ever wasted money at. Every time we decide to give them another try we’re either waiting for 25 minuets and the order is wrong or at the very least the order is just wrong, EVERY TIME IT’S WRONG, If you’re a traveller coming through town, go to a different fast food restaurant.

They’re speedy, efficient, staff are friendly, the foods taste and preparation are as you’d expect. There is the odd time the pop cup is only filled 3/4 of the way. Not sure if that’s an employee issue or an automated appliance issue but It’s awkward handing it back to get topped all the way up.

Unfortunately our last two stops on road trips have been slow and missing items. Our last stop after first order was missing a burger it was 45 mins from turning off the hiway until we finally had all the food.

Multiple attempts to give this location the opportunity to get my order right just once. Yet again, a fail. Burger was dry and seemed quite old.chicken was not warm. None of the special orders were correct.Management is snippy or either all to happy to fix your order. Unfortunately this location is a hard pass

We went to McDonald's around 12:30 am this morning. We weren't out due to a late night craving, but to get a quick bite after almost 7 hours in the hospital ER.The food was great and the workers were very friendly, but it was awkward from the start. It was like we were having two different conversations. I would ask about something (in this instance, re: the $3 Big Mac on Flames game days), and the response she provided was about filet of fish. She then said a few things and I honestly couldn't understand a word she was saying. The language barrier was huge.There could have been many factors at play (ie. New worker, having a bad night), but it was a challenge.Let me end with a disclaimer. I love McDonald's and I'll be back. I wasn't simply grumpy after a long wait at the hospital. If I was, I would admit it right now. Though it was a challenge, I suspect that the next time will be much better.

I’ve had to come to this location several times this week. Service has been extremely slow, most staff very unfriendly. This evening I ordered some food and two mcflurries. They parked me and only brought one out. When I said I ordered two they brought another one that filled less than half the cup and the guy ran inside before I had a chance to say anything. I also ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and they are rock hard and cold, They never want to takeYour McDonald’s app number and are busy visiting over taking your order. Not impressed with this location

Welcome to the worst McDonald's in the history of McDonalds.if this is a franchisee ..take some pride !! If this is corporate better fire your management. Walked into restaurant with one customer and a table of three gentlemen sitting with a female McDonald's employee.wantrd tonorder up a Filet o fish plus a cheeseburger. After realizing Noone at the counter was going to assist nor the employee sitting with her friends I ordered via the kiosk. 10 .ilater I get meal Went to find a seat and allthough empty restauarant every single table and counter absolutely covered .in filth . Wiped a small area clean and tried to eat . Opened filet o fish ( wish I could figure l out hiw to upload a picture ? ) but found an uncooked peice of fish with a half slice of cheese and one corner of the bun with tarter sauce.Tried to take to the counter and told by employee sitting with her friends that the manager will back 20 min ? Feb up left my food . I hope somebody notices thus disgrace . I see by other reviews I am not alone
