their tech came out after the chain simply fell off the track. He knew exactly what the problem was and explained thoroughly why it happened. The repair costs was fair. he replaced the parts that needed were shot and worked with me on the payment. I now have a door that should not give me any problems for many more years to come. I highly recommend them : thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and more.

The Technical Came out on time and gave me an estimate for the repairs. Overall, he was super and the service provided was thorough, professional and fair. Also showed me how to program my new clicker to the electric opener. My garage door repaired very well and works better than I expected. Highly Recommend Craig's Garage Door.

My garage door seemed to be making noise and I called them for a repair since they helped me with it a few years ago. The tech (Aaron) was knowledgeable and polite and took care of the issue by replacing the springs. Very pleased with the result, and recommend Craig's Garage Door Repair!
