I'm not one to leave reviews..Ever..but today was just unacceptable. First off I always shop here and never had any issues with service or with any products purchased . This time I didn't receive any help at all the employees walked right by like I was invisible,Problem of the day...I purchased a 6 piece tool set (Makita) sealed box as it looked untouched New Never Used " however I bring it home to see all pieces used with a grinder blade still attached and remaining all the dirt and dust in the bag

We decided to buy the materials at Home Depot to the quality of the wood they had to be able to do our deck. We ordered online, got i delivered on a specific date and everything went well. During delivery the delivery man noticed one 12 foot wood was missing. Not a problem, the next day I called customer service to them we were missing a piece, they asked if we would be home later in the day so that they could deliver. Also not a problem, we waited but no one came. I waited 4 days, then decided to call again. Talked to someone and she took my number down and said she would call back. Waited two days then had to haul myself to the Home Depot store to credit the missing item since I had to finish my deck I went somewhere closer to my house to get the missing piece. I specifically paid for delivery because it was a hassle to go get the wood in a small car. In conclusion no one called me back, never received service even if I called. Service is not up to par and I'm unhappy that I paid for delivery but still had to drive to different places to be able to finish my building project.

Could not order from the website (due to an error that lasted for days), very long wait on the phone, unresponsive customer service chat, and ordering in store costs a fee. Not worth the trouble; I gave up on the (large) order and went elsewhere. Customer service is an area that HD seriously needs to invest in.

Prefer home depot to reno depot because of three pretty basic things, product quality, product availability and service, at cash and in aisle. I've had pretty bad experience with reno depot and find home depot a nice alternative.

My experience so far with this location has been more than helpful and service haves always been prompt.

As a regular customer for Home Depot I can notice the change in their service and prices, I gave before 4 stars but unfortunately I have to edit my review and lower the rate, the service is getting g very bad, avoid to buy any third par stock from them like the blinds the kitchen the electrical appliances etc etc Home Depot taking his profit then once u need their help they say it’s a supplier and we have no control, while Costco they support you to the end, Bali window blinds and stores are very cheap and worth nothing ( I guess they making a low quality only fir Home Depot) the electrical kitchen appliances are way more expensive than other competitors.The customer service is getting very bad, at the store promise to call back but nie et call, at the regional office omg so rude so unprofessional they do what they can to defend their suppliers and grab your moneyDo your research, check other competitors and stores selling the same products, u will getter price and service than Home DepotI feel so bad for this brand and store as I used to love it and spend a lot of money and time at their stores.

The worse experience i had this time with this return policy.They are not honest with the customer while selling their products.First they tell they can return and when I went back to return they said they can't . I asked before purchasing and they said i can return with original bill.I did have everything but they called their supervisor IMAD and he said i can't return.I really never don't like the way they did as not being honest and lying. The worse customer service they had .

Nothing new here. Pretty much the same as any other Home Depot. We rented a carpet cleaner but the attachments weren't properly installed.

Normally a more pricey hardware store. I must admit there was plenty of staff and tons of activity. ai am so use to understaffing it was nice to see employees working.

Excellent service on the behalf of Luca at the cutting center. He is extremely meticulous in his work...excellent cuts! Professional, helpful and concise. Home Depot is lucky to have him as an employee. Great service!
