if you want your game meat to be ruined make sure to bring it to pioneer meats. We brought our bear in and these guys overcharged us, the smokies were dry with no taste, and they won't give a full refund (if you screw up someone's meat, the correct thing to do is make it right). After talking to multiple people this isn't the first time this has happened. Do not bring your animal to pioneer meats unless you want it to be ruined. Very sad with how the situation was handled by staff and what happened.

This place was the biggest let down I had on my trip to the Okanogan. I spent 35 dollars on different flavors of beef jerky and ended up throwing it all away. I wouldn't even let my dog eat it, to be honest I wasn't even sure if it was beef at all. If it wasn't for the fact that I was already down the road I would have taken it back. All the flavors tasted similar and had a Hint of the plastic containers that it came out of. So Grose would never go back again and I was a returning customer from years ago.Tasted like old cheap meat !!!

Best jerky around best tasting sausage and pepperoni I've ever had so so good . I highly recommend going there .

Just brought a couple grass-fed ribeyes and wow! I was hesitant as previously I found grass-fed too tough and chewy. I can say this is among the very best steaks I've ever had. Tender and incredibly juicy and full of flavor. And cool owner to boot. Thank you!!!

DO NOT BUY MEAT HERE!!! I have purchased a few different types of meats from these guys as they’re on the west side where I live. On two occasions now when I bought meat ready to BBQ it was rotten. Baby back ribs and now a giant T-bone steak. I returned the baby back ribs thinking it was a one-off situation and they weren’t particularly nice when I told them the rotten smell out of the package. I had just purchased it that morning and they tried to tell me that I left it in my fridge for too long. Now I have the exact same issue with a T-bone steak that I got a few hrs ago “fresh” - it is absolutely disgusting!! I don’t eat a lot of meat, but when I do occasionally I want it to not smell like a cadaver!! DO NOT BUY MEAT HERE!!!

Bought 2 grass fed, grass finished ribeye steaks from here yesterday. They were some thick cuts with good fat throughout. It was so tender!!This is the best place to buy grass fed steaks in West Kelowna!!

Best beef jerky around! I was very happy with the biker jerky and the original. I’m going to try Teriyaki and honey garlic next. Great pricing as well! Staff is friendly

Super friendly staff. They do wild game butchering. Amazing jerky made in house, with great flavors to choose from. Good selection of meat and perogies. I have to stop in for jerky anytime I drive past. Definitely recommend!
