Very happy about the service for sensor cleaning on my Sony camera. Lowest prices in town. Provided images of before and after cleaning. Also cleaned my LCD and viewfinder.Without extra charge, they updated my firmware, ran diagnostics and relayed shutter count. 90 day warranty. Sony approved. Friendly helpful staff. Quick turnaround. I won't be shopping anywhere else.

Amazing SERVICE, 100% Fabulous, Michelle on the phone/reception and Gary the master repairman,All I can say is thank you so much for all the effort and time spent on fixing an old Walkman, my Granddaughter is oh so Happy.This experience with Sony and Fusion has made me a life time supporter. Wonderful service from Jonathan in the rentals department. I live in the interior, where Sony rentals are scarce; it's nice to have a reliable option for lens rentals that is only a one-day Purolator trip away.

I went to the store to get my lens repaired. I was told they're too busy to accept new repair jobs at the moment. When I followed up via email when the ETA is to get my gear looked at. I was told they decided to no longer provide repair services for Sony camera/lens products 2 weeks ago. They should really update their website that they're no longer providing repair services as potential customers will waste time going to the shop to try and drop off their gear. Unfortunately they are the only Sony certified shop in western canada so it's a bummer they decided to not continue providing this service.

Excellent service from this shop to get my Sony RX100 M3 fixed. Much appreciation to Michelle, Jeannie that had above & beyond support for my needs. The camera had been with me for 8 years and been to 6 continents (except Africa). It looks brand new now ☺️
