I had a very interesting and confusing tax situation this year and the lady helping me was very friendly. Very reassuring. Very confident. And made me feel very comfortable getting all my taxes taken care of this year. I am new to shelburne but have always used H and R block. This years visit was one of my best. Thank you!!

Went in with my mother today to file my taxes and was blown away by the amazing customer service. Jennifer made us feel right at home inside of the office. Very kind-hearted and quiet soul! Deserves a raise!She is definitely there for the clients. She will get you the best deal for your money!

Did my taxes there in March before the rush came in. Been doing my taxes there for 3 years now. Heather is a great help and knows what she is doing for sure not sure why people are giving bad reviews. I've never seen anything bad come out of that office.

Heather and her wonderful team at H&R Block are fantastic. They are so friendly and very informative. They are thorough when explaining tax information (which I don't understand well) so I get great peace of mind. I would highly recommend them if you haven't already!
