Great experience with Simple Domotics. They installed a Google Nest Hello doorbell and a Yale smart lock. Was happy with the work done, especially as it relates to the doorbell (had to be relocated on the other side which meant passing the wiring under door trim and put everything back to normal). I have asked them about another product. They did some research and got back to me with a better alternative (new product on the market). Instead of taking my money and rushing to install this product right away, they suggested waiting to see how it performs at another location. I was impressed by that. Shows that they care about their customer experience.
