Excellent service by Joe, who assessed the issues with our A/C unit, did the repairs, and explained everything to us so we understood what the problem had been. Highly recommend Ace Plumbing & Heating!

We dealt with Ace Plumbing during some insurance repairs being done in our home. We needed a dishwasher removed, then reinstalled and a valve replaced. Our repair person was Michelle, who was professional, courteous, respectful and communicated well with us.

I highly recommend this company. My installation went smoothly, but once the weather got cold we found a few things that were missed but despite this they were quick to respond to the issue and remedy the situation at no additional cost to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes a fair an honest company to own them and fix them. I highly recommend Ace plumbing for HVAC and plumbing needs.

Had my central air unit stop working suddenly at the beginning of a heat wave - called Ace and they were there that afternoon able to get it back up and running. Tech was very polite, great customer service!Also had a plumbing tech out while doing renovations last year, great experience with that job as well!

Excellent! First off, I compared 4 different companies and Ace provided the best price on a/c, water tank, and repairs. Blair (office) was so friendly and took the time to listen to me. I wasn't living at the location where repairs were being done but Blair called to let me know when the technicians were on their way. I also had a gas leak and Chris was very informative and provided me with all the info I needed. All the technicians were on time and super friendly and professional. They are very busy but dealt with the pressures with ease. I appreciate the quality of work, service, and pricing. Highly recommend this company!

Had an appointment I waited weeks for just to get a call the day before the actual appointment saying that there was an HVAC emergency and they wont be attending.Granted the next offered date was for tomorrow but I explained I work during those times and that's why today was important...hence preplanning and waiting for weeks. The receptionist then says closest I could get was December 16th...more waiting not including the wait time for a new part that would need to be ordered for my fireplace. I told the girl this was not acceptable and it's brutal I've waited this long just to be cancelled last minute and left to wait for a couple more weeks. She argued with me and stated that atleast she called me the day before and has attempted to provide a new appointment for tomorrow. Good for you, heres a medal for doing bare minimum. I advised her that was not good enough, I book specific appointments at specific times for a reason. You referring random last minute times outside my schedule isn't a resolution. Poor professionalism all around from them.

Michelle is THE BEST! She helped us getting 3 faucets replaced/repaired. Wow, how nice it is now to do the dishes! Michelle was always on time, explained what she was going to do. She even was able to exchange a faucet that stopped working not even after a year. Would definitely call ACE Plumbing for any plumbing job and specifically ask for Michelle!Note: She also helped a family friend who was equally impressed!Michelle and Ace Plumbing simply rocks!!!

Had my Sewer back up and had the pleasure of meeting Phil AKA Dirty Phil"! Thank god for people like this in the world! Phil was quick to set up and started working on the clog and did not quit until he finally solved the problem. Everyone complains about how hard life is and here is a guy elbow deep in sewer cracking jokes! Great job Phil
