Bought a vehicle for almost 1,000 dollars for my daughter for Christmas and when it arrived it was missing parts. I've spoken with numerous employees who all stated they would get it taken care of but then I never hear from them again. Two weeks after Christmas and all my daughter can do is look at this thing in our garage because she can't ride it. Be very careful purchasing from this company because once they have your money the customer service disappears.

Car does not work, keeps glitching. Trying to get into contact with the company for months now with no response. The vehicle is kept in a garage all year , very sad that my child can’t use.

Purchased ride on UTV for my son, product 7988-Red. Product arrived broken. Roll cage broken. Headlights did not work. Remote control would not sync with car. Transmission only went one speed- slow. Like 1.3 MPH. Also, car would not turn right. Front right wheel hopped like a low-rider. Just didn’t work well.Buggy advertised as having three speeds— slow, fast, super fast. It only had one speed—slow.Contacted seller and seller attempted to send me parts, and seller agent sent a drop box video about how I could manipulate the thick steel steering mechanism by using wrenches, etc.this did not prove effective. Also did not fix the steering problem, or any of the other issues.Seller sent me a label for shipping and then said it must be returned unused, new in box (not possible— was assembled, and sellers agent asked for multiple videos of the buggy “in action”, so it was driven.I opened a dispute with PayPal to prevent any misgivings and the seller was uncouth about it, but has been forced to accept the return and return our $$$. Overall less than poor experience.Would not recommend buying online.****Update— dispute filed with PayPal; PayPal has decided in my favor, forcing the seller to refund all of the purchase price. Buyer beware***
