Hearing Wellness Centre

Very amazed with my experience with Dr lisa and her staff. They were very courteous and helpful, explained everything and they were the most accommodating people I've dealt with in awhile.Especially after having waited for hours in the walk in clinic in the same building, having had her perform my hearing test for my physical was the least painful and smoothest thing I had to deal with all day. Made me feel that much better about the situation.Very great job guys!

Today I received my new hearing aid from Hearing Wellness Centre which is completely tailored to my needs. It was a great experience and I can highly recommend Dr. Lisa and her team. A while ago I heard the commercial of another hearing aid centre on the radio and thought to give it a try. But it felt like I was rushed through and the trial wasn't what I expected.I'm so glad I found my way to Dr. Lisa who is the total opposite: very professional, knowledgeble, friendly and patient. All my questions were appreciated and fully answered and her team even helped me with all the setup for the hearing aid like installing the app and pairing.Again, thank you so much for everything!

My wife and I have been long time clients of Dr. Lisa Macari and her staff at the Hearing Wellness Centre in Tecumseh. The professionalism, care and concern demonstrated by Dr. Macari and her staff is without equal and it is a pleasure attending her office. It's more like visiting friends than needing medical care. Dr Macari discovered a problem with my wife's hearing that required surgery and was a real help. She walked us through the procedure and recommend a surgeon. The surgery was a success and my wife's hearing is back to normal. THanks Dr Macari and staff !!! Highly recommend.
