Such a great program- I really can’t say enough good things. 1000 Islands Youth Boxing Club has become a town staple. Adam is amazing at what he does- very knowledgeable and extremely talented. Everyone involved makes it such a warm and welcoming space for athletes at all levels, or just someone like me trying to get back in shape. Gananoque is lucky to have something like this in the community. A safe space for children and adults alike to come together and feel apart of a community that works hard, encourages healthy habits, builds up your confidence all while giving back to the outside community. Thank you Adam, Pat and everyone involved at 1000 islands youth boxing club- the real hometown hero’s!
