They have the Best collections, I've been to many other outlets but this outlet has more collections and good offers... Offers are damn good. The staffs were so friendly and attentive. They also recommended me few other choices. Good service. Thank you.

Wasn't planning on buying any shoes but Simryn and Daniella were too good and I ended up buying my first two pairs of vans. I asked if they had any additional colours and Simryn advised she had another colour in the back. Daniella comes out with the pair in seconds and I've fallen in love with them. The shoes I mean! Great customer service.

Collection is great and great prices for Vans...we bought for whole family seeing the offers...only missing was kids sizes for clothing...

Amazing service! Austin helped me find shoes to wear to my wedding, and he went above and beyond my expectations coming into the store. I showed him some pictures and he helped me find everything I was looking for, and showed me different, but similar styles. He showed me what the uv changing shoes looked like in the sun, and I was sold. Excellent customer service, we will be back! Thank you Austin S!

When you meet a careless shop assistant, you may get two things for the same price.（anti-theft tag）. When you drive back to the store for half an hour to solve a problem, the staff doesn't even smile. Maybe because it's Monday

Thank you Ivan for making my experience at Vans so amazing. Ivan really went above and beyond. He is incredibly friendly and likeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and even made some suggestions based on my preferences. He brought out 3 pairs of shoes to me that I had never even known existed and would have ever picked up myself, but I loved them. Each pair was so unique and stylish. He knows his products very well, he is very knowledgeable in his products. I would not be surprised if he becomes manager one day. I wish all sales associates were like Ivan. I will for sure be coming back to this location to see Ivan when I need help finding a new pair of Vans. Thank you Ivan! You made my day!

Went to this store on 18th December, 2022 to buy myself some MTE shoes for the winter. The store has some really good collection and their buy one get one 50% off deal was pretty good. I would like to specifically mention the excellent customer service provided by the associate named Anthony; he's the dude with the long hair. He was super attentive, spoke about the features of the MTE shoes and how MTE 1 is different from MTE 2 and MTE 3. I am a picky shopper and he was so calm and patient throughout and happily went to the back of the store and came out with other sizes, colours and models I was asking for many times for me and my girlfriend. I even felt bad for asking him for other colours and sizes until I found exactly what I was looking for but he never once showed any attitude or impatience. He even helped other customers while also helping me! Anthony NEEDS to be promoted to Store Manager. Everyone can learn about excellent customer service and attentiveness from him. The best shopping experience I ever had from any clothing/accessories store ever in Canada. Period!

Our daughter loves Vans shoes and clothing and here we can find good offers anytime we visit. Last offer was buy one get one for 50% , really good deal. We love the quality of clothing that looks as new after multiple washes. Store is not big, but offers a rich collection. Will definitely visit again.
