Today at 2 I brought in a tablet that was only 8mo old,the touch screen wasn't responding, no help in tech support, I ended up buying a new tablet, a better one so I'm told and 2 year warranty. I couldn't get it to connect on smart switch which the sales person advised, to my old tablet? I phoned over and was told to bring it in which I did at 430 and they couldnt get it to work. I was told they could get it fixed for a Deal!!!!!!!!!! instead of 125 theyd only charge me 65 to fix it!!!!!!! i only had it for 2 and a half hours!I hadn't brought the charger and cord so they won't refund my money. Like they don't have any there in the store. So back I go tomorrow for the 3rd time and get my money back and will leave without any satisfaction only frustration. Why would anyone work for a company with such messed up policies. I won't ever be back

Walked in looking for a product. They were sold out but found another brand that suited my needs. I believe the staff members name was Jordan. He was great, very knowledgeable, and will go back.

I was able to purchase the print cartridges that I needed. However, I did bring my used cartridges to recycle but could not find the recycling bin that was usually kept at the front of the store near the print cartridges. Had to ask twice where it could be found. It's now located at the very back of the store. I couldn't help but think is this location really helping to promote recycling? No excuse Staples, move it back to the front of the store.

I just want to give a big thank you shout out to Brianna at the photo desk, we came in to get my newborn's passport photos done and she was so patient and kind, even when baby was crying and protesting, she was patient and made sure we got the photo that would match the necessary specifications. Excellent customer service and a lovely human being.

Bought a router there a week ago, online.After multiple attempts to place my order I completed the task.Never had this problem with other online purchases.The delivery of the order was a day early which was a good thing.I rated this store fairly high even because of the order frustration because I shop in our local store and the service experience there is very good.

Ordered two office chairs online and picked up (curbside) at the store a short while later. Chairs are of great quality and the price was reasonable. The fellow who deli ered them to my vehicle was cheerful and professional! Great transaction!

The print shop does not support any job that is too time consuming. Meaning if they cannot seem to do the job in an hour, they will turn you away... So if you are a professional, trying to make an aide memoir for yourself, this location will not entertain any of it. To make it worth their time, they want to turn it into a 100$ minimum, and then 5-7 business days. In the meantime, I've just lost an hour of my time...So don't wait your time with Staples in pembroke.

Always excellent service. Love using their copy and print shop. Even helped me make business cards awhile ago. Awesome staff and selection.

Ordered photos, got called to pick them up and stood there for an hour while they shuffled through pictures they never found. They never found them and said they would call when they did, months later no call, no refund, no photos. Customer service is horrible here.

Service was good, but why give me a coupon to use, on the day it's to be used, and then don't take the coupon amount off the purchase when it's all the same employee helping me?
