Cynthia is amazing…can’t get enough of her magic touch. I’m back at least once every time I come to Vancouver.

This is my favorite massage place in the city.i have had several amazing treatments here. They really knows what they are doing. Beautiful space very clean very nice customer service also.

This is by far the cleanest spa that I have been to in Vancouver. I have been a regular customer for more than 10 years ago. The service that I received from this spa has always been excellent. The owner is very friendly, warm, and genuinely very caring. I always felt much better physically and mentally after spending time in this spa. I highly recommend this Spa to everyone!

After an active day of biking yesterday, I really wanted some relief and relaxation today. Blue Water Spa in downtown Vancouver was perfect!The receptionist greeted me kindly and was happy to make change so I could feed the parking meter. When I came back in I paid $40 for a 30 minute massage, and was led immediately to my room.The room I got was spacious, with two massage tables (perfect for couples or really close bros). The lighting was soft, and the walls and ceiling were painted in blue tones that made me feel as if I was under water, visiting the lost city of Atlantis.I undressed down to my undies, and waited for the masseuse to arrive. After a very brief wait, she was there, and very calmly got to work at soothing my aching muscles. She had this sweet calming voice which, combined with her soft touch, magically melted away all my stress.She was really amazing, and somehow made me feel like I was a beloved friend rather than just a paying customer.I highly recommend Blue Water Spa to all massage lovers!

One of the best convenient and relaxing spa in Vancouver that I have visited and experienced. The management was friendly and professional. I recommend it to my friends and anyone who needs a relaxing place. Thumbs up!

Worst massage place ever! Very unprofessional and disruptive. Went there for a 40min massage but turned out to be a 3min one. The lady was going back and forth to the reception to answer the phone calls. She offered extra 5mins as an apology yet she massaged for 3mins and told me time was up and im good to go! After the massage I asked her if she ever uses oils and lotions during the massage and yet replied it is up to the customer if they want any or not while she does not even tell/offer to start with!! Plus, the lady was very talkative instead of putting some soft music in the background (she did for the last 10mins or so)… a spa place supposed to be quite, relaxing and enjoyable which non of these characteristics exist in that place.Would never ever go to that place for any of the services nor recommend it to anyone.

This is my favorite spot for a massage. the massage therapist Cynthia is fantastic. I highly recommend if you need a good massage check it out. Clean, friendly, and comfortable. ill definitely go back!
