Atlantis Gym

Experienced terrible service right from the start!I wanted to buy a membership and I called to ask a couple of simple questions. The phone was picked up by a reception employee, as it turned out later, by the name of Gerardo. He was not able to help, moreover, he spoke very disrespectfully, constantly interrupted and spoke at the same time with me. In the end, he completely hung up without listening to me! I called back to find out his name and to clarify what made him talk like that and he continued in the same manner, taunting and chattering after I started talking...I am well aware that the level of customer service in sports facilities is rarely high, but management should pay at least some attention to this! Moreover, they position themselves as an above-average class gym. What is the point for a business in the cleanliness of the premises and the variety of athletic machines, etc., if the customers do not even reach and could not be convinced of this after such initial communications??

I would say one of the best gyms in Quebec. They have state of the art machines, machines you normally would not see at other gyms. The facility is super clean. It is a large establishment with the ability to accommodate a ton of members. I have not been been during peak hours, but the place is relatively calm.However, it is one of the pricier gyms. If the price point is not an issue, its the place to be since you are surrounded by serious like-minded members who are courteous.

Best gym. Spacious, all necessary equipment. Average price. Hours of operation are great.

Likely the best gym in Laval. It's pretty crowded but thankfully there are tons of machines / free weights so you'll never be waiting after someone. Staff is smiling and nice, and the locker room is pretty clean and well maintained.

Love this gym, extremely clean, friendly service each time at the front, all the machines you can dream of and never a lot of people even when parking is packed. It’s just so big there’s space for everyone

Really nice place. Come here to workout or freeze to death as the thermostat is set on minus 42. Bring a hoody, make a fire of a workout and you might survive. Winter is not coming, winter is here.

I've been coming here for almost a year now. Parking is great, except maybe between 5-7pm on one or two nights of the week. Other than that, it's pretty reasonable.The machines are well maintained and you will always find new things to try every few months.The other gym goers are respectful and everyone seems kind and helpful if needed.Would recommend this gym and plan on working out here for a long time.
