Waited in front of the store to open. It clearly says 10am. The doors were open at 10, but the owner wouldn’t let me in to shop until 10:30, so I left. They don’t wanna sell, so don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other stores around the area with the same price and quality, but way better service.

Right in the heart of Gastown on Water St, I've been buying items here for almost 20 years--an incredible selection of quality items. Famous sumo wrestlers from Japan visit also for souvenirs.

We have been coming to Michelle's for years to get gifts. Today was exceptional. Due to Covid and things slowing down alot we had our own personal helper. We got everything we went in for.Also took real good care of my 80 year old mother with a walker.Thank you.See you next year.The Angel ladies

These people are scammers. I live in one of their buildings. I wouldnt be surprised if this was a front as they are super sketchy. The lady catherine who owns it, you will never see her and her land lady is dirty. She doesnt clean the apartment building or around the property. When i moved into my second unit in the same building (due to noise complaints and them refusing to listen to the disputes i filed they gave me a different unit) i cleaned out a wig of hair from my bathtub after saying they cleaned the unit. The bathroom was also painted half white and grey on one wall. When i would call the store to try and find the owner after filing multiple disputes against her land lady, they refused to give the phone to the owner. They are scammers. Dont give these people money from their village of junk.

Great store. PJ’s not so good. Bought a onesie for my 12 year old. “Canada Eh” white with red maple leaf size 12. He cannot get it on as the ankle is sewn too small and he cannot get his feet through. Very disappointing. We live in Ontario so cannot return. Good thing I can sew and can cut the ankle cuff off and hem them.ML

Its got lots of verity of itams . And lots of authentic native made souvenirs from native northwest etc always check the labels usually have the native artists name& nation on it too

The best soveniour store that I have seen in Vancouver till now. It is a very big store with different kinds of goods, dishes, stones, clothes, maples and etc.I think I have seen more than 10 gift shops in Vancouver, but Michelle was the best one.I will buy some maple syrup and clothes in there.

Nice gift-stop located in Gastown. Great selection of T-shirts and other souvenirs. Friendly and helpful service.
