terrible ppl here! They help others get away with fraud selling vehicles that are double the mileage that is advertised. I will be taking this as far as i can legally.

The absolute worst experience we have possibly ever had. Don't trust a thing these people say, they try to play you and make you waste 4+ hours of your life on separate occasions.They fist gave us an offer for our car and we went to the impound lot to meet them to accept the offer and send our damaged car away. They never showed up. We had to be on the road (via a relative picking us up and driving us) soon and were late thanks to this. In the meantime, we had to arrange towing and pay for towing while out of the city.Two days later they called. We missed the call. Two days after they they called. We told them they could come pick it up from our house for an agreed upon price. They said yes.FINALLY they showed up, offered us less than 6% of what they'd agreed on. We said no, so they hopped back in their vehicle and drove away.These people don't care one whit about your feelings, emotions, what you're going through, what you've been through, and what you have on your plate. They play you worse than I've ever been played. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Unfortunately you can’t view vehicles in person. I have found the online pictures do not show or present an accurate picture of the vehicle. I don’t believe it is fair that headlights or other parts are pictured. They are than remover or not included when you pick up the vehicle. Or a small item such as a screen or dash that is dammed is what I believe is selective not pictured or described. I would think the largest auction site in North America would be better. Yes I am disappointed…but I do want to point out the new management is way better than the last woman. Hopefully what I see as a negative culture will and has continued to change for the positive. Staff over the last 2 years now are nice and somewhat professional 1 star for now but I do see hope.

Went with a friend to pick up a car which he bought in auction. Very good service.

Manager told me she will refund for front damage which was not mentioned on the profile, after I took the car and sent them front damage pictures they refused that promised me for refund. They lie very easily to customers and terrible service

Absolutely fantastic staff, who are very helpful and courteous. They definitely deserve the 5 star reviewers, I have been going to Impact for years and years never problems.I'm Reading some comments you guys complaining for fees and prices.Before then you sign membership you agree for all fees! You can't blame the aution house for the Prices,Fees and condition of vehicles it's Auction !Thanks Alex

Very clean and organized facility. The staff are friendly and very helpful.I was here to view my car that was written off due to fire.

There employees are stealing parts from the vehicle have proven that and they still wont do nothing about and point the finger at me and my towing vendor
