Innovative Flooring & Home Design

We recently hired Innovative Flooring in Exeter to install several hundred square feet of beautiful Vinyl Flooring in our bathrooms and entries. At the same time we also had almost 1000 square feet of Berber Carpeting installed as well. Darryl came out previously to leave several samples to assist us in deciding what profile we wanted and to do an accurate measure-up of how much of each we needed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Soon after we made our choices, Darryl's Installer came out to install the vinyl and carpeting. He did an awesome job and and was very friendly and highly skilled at his trade, we have had many comments on how our floors look so amazing. We would highly recommend Innovative Flooring. They have a great selection from which to choose, and their Customer Service is second to none. We had them back to lay a sub-floor and hardwood profile vinyl flooring in our dining room and it looks so good, many of our guests think it is actual hardwood flooring, but far easier to clean! We just moved to the area and we are so happy we went in to check out Innovative Flooring and Home Design. Joe, Shelby and Annette are so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with some big decisions I couldn’t have done without out them. They helped me pick tile, the perfect grout colour and lighting for my bathroom, kitchen and carpet for our bedrooms. I have been shopping at big box stores for years and never received service like this, not even a comparison. Lots of selection and great prices too! When it came to getting quotes, scheduling the work and installation we were very happy with how well Jon looked after us and scheduled us in quickly. Winston did a great job on the tile and our carpets looks great too! We are so happy and would recommend to all our friends and family to go check them out when building or remodelling their home. Innovative did my entire house and I cannot be express the level of detail and service we received. They blew it out of the park, the install team is top notch and all around quality. From tile to hardwood even down to the little things like back splash, lighting and accessories for our bathrooms they did it all for us. Very pleased and highly recommended.
