Me and my roommates drove all all the way up from Victoria. Google said they close at 11, and we arrived at 8:30.When we got to the front door, a guy outside on a break told us it was closed and to use the drive through. We were in the drive through for 20 minutes, and when we finally were greeted at the menu, we were told that the Taco Bell closed an hour ago. Employees did not seem to know what they were doing, and we would not have made the trek if we knew it would be like this.

This is Taco Bell so the expectations are minimal--cheap Americanized fast food. My wife and I drove to Nanaimo for a road trip partly to have lunch here because there's no Taco Bell in Victoria and sometimes TB was my guilty pleasure in the states. I know there's 1000 other places but TB sounded fun. Anyway the whole menu was not at all displayed, we paid 46 dollars for 6 items including $5 each for a chicken soft taco"- a tortilla with a few strips of iceberg lettuce and maybe 3 small pieces of chicken. If they had displayed the prices I would've gone for a 2.69 beef Taco or just skipped it altogether. The "fries supreme" had maybe a tablespoon each of toppings and they forgot our drink cup and I had to ask for sauce packets. Again this is TACO BELL but the cost of minimal product was very off-putting"

I live in Courtney I was working up in the nimo my family wanted KFC and Taco Bell so I got there I ordered the team at the restaurant was clustered didn't know what to do with a big order like that got my order didn't think to check it Drove an hour home and this is what I got!!!!!! That's my bucket of chicken for a familay and my taco supreme looks good doesn't it......... Will we bring it back tomorrow just like that

I just went through the drive through and I confirmed with the staff three times both over the speaker and at the window what I wanted in my Tacos and when I got home and opened them they were both wrong. I called the location and told them and asked if they could offer me some sort of credit and he said the best he could do was if I came in tomorrow he could give me the right taco. I told him I wouldn't be able to make it in tomorrow and he said ok and hung up.

i love taco bell and its sad this is the only one on the whole island. The first time I went there was good experience but after that has been blunder after blunder. The second time, the lady was sweeping for 15 minutes instead of taking my order. Fine, but then when she gets to the register they say they close at 8 and if they just took my order, it wouldn't be 8. The third time I went there, they closed at 6:30, and when i was upset they did nothing to rectify the situation. WE ISLANDERS DESERVE BETTER!

My husband is a huge fan of Taco Bell, and this location turned out to be a huge disappointment during our short trip to Nanaimo. Online it says that it's open until 10PM, it is not. We went around 8PM and it was already closed, doors locked. We called their phone, nothing. Drive-thru, not working. However, we could clearly tell there were at least 2 employees inside.Next day checked again during the afternoon, still not open. What's the point?

The bathrooms were disgusting. I went on Friday eve ing and the sink and counter was dirty and no soap. Every table was dirty with food mess on them. I came back on Sunday giving a second chance. It looked like the bathroom had still jot been cleaned since Friday and there was stillno soap in the bathroom, urine on floor and no hand sani in the lounge. I waited a long time just to order. 5 mins with no one at the till. Waited 15 min to order and another 15 to 20 for food. I will NEVER go back again. Every surface was unclean. I hope the health inspector pays a visit.

I used to enjoy going to Taco Bell when coming down island. This is my last time. They only had 4 out of the 8 menu items available, Coke machine wasn't working, not a single clean table, Waited 15 minutes for my order and was the only one there. The only positive thing I could say is the staff were friendly

Ordered 2 Crunchwrap Supreme combos. Both of us left hungry. There was about 1 ounce of meat in the Crunchwraps. Gravy was tasteless. Shame. They used to be good. $24 plus tip (why did I tip? Oh right, the counter girl was pleasant) badly spent. Restaurant was freezing and dirty and there was actually an ant crawling across the counter as we were given our food.Clean your restaurant.We won't be back. I cooked for 15 years. I know food. This wasn't it.

This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been tooI drove all the way up from Victoria just for TacoBellThe bathrooms are closedThe Dining Room is closedThere is only one way in or out which means you have to walk through all other customers if there is any.I ordered 2 Beef burrito supreme combos with supreme fries.I would say the staff here need proper trainingThere was no beef or tomatoes or cheese on the burritos, there was no beef or tomatoes on my supreme fries.There is only 4 out of 8 choices in the drink dispenser.There is no Ice and all the drinks that can dispensed is warmer then my burrito.I have been to many Taco Bell in Alberta and this is the worst one ever.I would suggest not to waste your time and or money.I was charged 22.96 for incomptant food and service.I would say the TacoBell and KFC staff need to know putting your hand inside a bucket after it has been on your head is not very foodsafe to the public.There is no reason for the bathrooms or dining room to be closed except for laziness in management and employees
