Good food for a fastfood. The fact that the beef is grass fed and no hormones make it real the real deal for me. Seems like we can have a healthy food even at an fastfood, but not sure about it the other ingredients, however is a good start

The WOST customer service. Was there yesterday and they gave us SO MUCH attitude because we asked them for a fork and napkins they forgot to include the bag. The girl got annoyed with us and told me to just go. It was horrible. Do better.

Drive thru at AW really poor. The employees can't be friendly and customer service is 0. Next time please be polite. You guys should teach them manners..... Respect for the job is 0. Also be aware, hair in the sandwich is free... Comes in the combo.

Poor customer service people were canceling orders( 2 while i was there) it was takeing so long staff were talking,not much work getting done ,they were blowing there noses touching food, other customers were saying never seen such poor service ,where the condiments were was a filthy mess won't go back one woman wanted to speak to manager,there wasn't anyone.

The food is good. There is some wait sometime as it is not the fastest fast food around but still not too bad. They improved quite a lot in that department in the last few months.

Just made my maiden trip at the A&W! The restaurant looked neat and clean. Customer service was up to the mark. The service was excellent with timely manner.I ordered a spicy Habanero Chicken Burger. It was crispy and taste so fresh. I also love their Habanero sauce, perfect level of spice. No doubt!The price was a bit higher compared to McDonald and Tim Hortons chicken sandwich. I would request to offer student discount so that we can go more often to taste the food.07 March 2021Ordered a 'Buddy Burger au Poulet'- tasted fresh and juicy! The addition of the pickle gave a slight tangy flavor. Definitely a budget friendly quick shot for your appetite!
