Best massage I’ve had. Highly recommend Jillian Wallace. She knows where to pay attention to on your body and great pressure. Will not disappoint! Also the steam and sauna before and after, worth the money. Just come here.

Not as advertised. The space is quite small for all they are trying to accomplish with a spa like experience. The lockers that have no lock on them are directly beside many of the steam rooms making it difficult to maneuver from space to space depending on who else is around. The noise travelled quite a bit from space to space and so the idea of tranquility was not possible given the amount of people there during our visit. Everything felt congested and not at all relaxing. In particular the steam room that overlooks McLeod Trail, not exactly an ambient view. There were no sandals provided so walking around on the floor was uncomfortable as well. Overall the experience was disappointing.

Great experience. My massage was one of the best I have ever had. The saunas and steam room were clean and exactly what my old bones needed after a week of driving and moving furniture. Service was excellent and very friendly. Thanks ladies for a very relaxing birthday treat.

Cedar and Steam is the perfect location to practice self care!I have been a member for 3 years and cannot say enough about the staff and facility. The saunas and steam room provide such a relaxing environment to unwind! Sign up for the massage membership and get a monthly massage along with unlimited sauna/steam. With extras like cupping and hot stone, there really is something for everyone! The kombucha bar is a treat, with 4 rotating taps, for enhanced gut health. An experience that you deserve, that will keep you coming back again and again! Thanks so much!

I want to like this place but the space is too small for what they are trying to achieve. The massage rooms are right by the front desk so you can hear everything they are saying. I love the saunas but they can get a little too overcrowded for my liking. The lockers being in an open space makes me a bit uncomfortable. I've had a really good deep tissue massage here, but a terrible cupping massage (especially for how high the price was).

I always love going to Cedar and Steam! $35 gets you 2 hrs to try the steam room, and three different types of saunas. And they massage staff onsite. You will 100% feel relaxed after leaving here

Such a lovely experience - so relaxing, the amenities and staff are amazing. The eucalyptus steam room was my favourite! Great for a self care reset! They have the showers and bathroom space to get ready for your day afterwards which I really appreciated.

This was my second time to Cedar and Steam. The first time was great as I just went for the steam rooms and it was relatively quiet. This time they had too many people and it was hard to get to use the rooms you wanted. Especially as the smallest room two guests decided to lay across the benches so no one else could fit in there. There’s no area to go sit if you just want a break besides a long bench right in front of the lockers so you’re in the way of people trying to get to their stuff. We had massages booked and as the other reviews said they’re right next to the check in area. They had really loud music on in the massage room, I’m assuming to drown out all the noise from the check in but it didn’t really help and it was impossible to relax. My massage therapist was great, very sweet, and did an amazing job but it’s hard to really enjoy it when you can hear all the conversations right outside the door. Plus they only have sliding doors on the rooms so it sounded like everyone who went by was right in the room with you.Overall it’s a great concept but poorly executed. If you luck out and go on a quiet day just for the steam rooms like I did on my first trip it’s a nice day. Otherwise it’s awkward and not very relaxing.
