Great local business. My pup had a meeting with a skunk over the weekend and they were able to get my girl in right away even though I had an appointment already booked for next week. Been going here for years and they always treat my dog as I would. Thank you for the great service! Would not go anywhere else!

Find another groomer!!My 10yr old Pom cross came home shaking and scared. The next day she could barely stand up. At first I thought she was dropped but on closer inspection I saw her genitalia was severely red and infected. Obviously they were using blunt grooming tools. The dirty shopfront should’ve been a giveaway, will never take my dog back.

My dog is very timid, but they took care of him. They booked extra time so they could take their time with him and make him feel comfortable. He went in for a full grooming. Would recommend.

young lady cut myDogs paws & nails Don’t know her name .. brutal ! She tied myDog to wall on his very short leash .. he couldn’t even sit & relax till I got there .. & when I walked in I heard him gagging ! The top of his nails were scuffed due to the trimmer etc ..STAY AWAY ! Terrible ..THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWNN

The best groomers. The owner goes above and beyond. Our groomer for our pup is the best we have gone to, our Pup has a monthly standing appointment for the year!

Vicki is and her crew of awesome staff, are the most kindest, gentle, patient, caring lovers of all animals, all sizes. The skills in grooming are exceptional and all have such a way with all fur babies. Lots of locally made treats, collars and leashes too. I wouldn't take my big, beautiful senior girl anywhere else!

I only have good things to say about this place! My poodle goes here often and I’m always very happy with her grooming and the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. It’s really a special place for your pet. I recommend them all the time.

Not at all impressed with my experience here. Not once but twice has my 10 month old puppy had to have a vet visit within days of his grooming appointment because of infections and rashes that occurred after the visit. Not only was he returned in less than wonderful shape he is also now weary of new people and will try to run or hide if they approach which he never has done prior to this groomer. On top of him being traumatized I was also talked down to and condescended for “not taking care of him”, he’s a 10 month old puppy who would much rather play than be brushed of course it’s a work in progress that was why we also regularly try to get him groomed, but instead of trying to educate and help they were rude and then tried to bully me into coming back more often. I had hoped this would be a regular place because their hours are great and they’re affordable but I don’t tolerate poor treatment of my dog or myself.

Thank you for being awesome at cutting Bella's nails. Glad we found a place she can go and does well.
