I have had Jeremy and Ruth come into my home for years to clean 40 year old carpets. I don’t know how they do it but every year they leave my carpets looking amazing and certainly not like 40 year old carpets. They are honest, friendly and know their craft well. Roto-Static of Waterloo Region cleaned an area rug for us. The stain was a combination of rust and sap (Christmas tree fell over!) that had sat for too long. You cannot even tell where the stain was. Communication was excellent and the value for services received amazing. Can't wait for our next project!

Detail orientated, friendly and professional service. I had my furniture and carpet cleaned and very impressed with the results. It's non toxic and made the process a lot easier, with having pets. I plan to have them back in the future.

Picked up and dropped off 2 carpets that were in need of a cleaning. Were very honest with the results, as I had tried to clean a spot off myself and ended up crushing the carpet. I appreciate the honesty rather than 'they turned out perfectly'. Lesson learned. I won't buy a carpet with viscose again.

Not a great experience. Quoted me one price ... charged me another. Plus, if a room had a chair in it, he considered it furnished" in order to justify the higher rate. He also said that the carpets were damaged by previous shampooing. I knew that he was not being truthful because one of the carpets was new & had never been shampooed before. He just did not come across as very honest. NOTE: They are not IICRC Certified. So using them will void some carpet warranties."

We where very happy to be able to have them back to clean our carpets. We have been using them for a number of years and they do a fantastic job.
